City to host webinar on the draft Inclusive Economic Growth Strategy

On Thursday, 8 October 2020, Alderman James Vos, will host a special discussion on the City’s draft Inclusive Economic Growth Strategy

On Thursday, 8 October 2020, the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Opportunities and Asset Management, Alderman James Vos, will host a special discussion on the City’s draft Inclusive Economic Growth Strategy (IEGS), which is currently available for public comment.

The IEGS is a city-wide long-term plan to help achieve inclusive and sustainable economic growth, which develops the right conditions for business retention and expansion, creates more jobs, and pushes economic opportunities to all corners of the city.
 
Alderman Vos will be joined by officials from the City’s Enterprise and Investment Department, and the City’s Policy Department.
